The Challenge
As Digital Transformation Manager you are one of the major impact makers within the growth ambition of this organization. You get a lot of energy from motivating teams to prepare them for the delivery of ongoing better performance and results. You realize this from the combination of IT development, structures, processes and the human factor within the organization.
As Digital Transformation Manager you have knowledge and experience of new working methods and technological solutions in the field of Cloud, Business Ecosystems, IoT, Agile and DevOps. You always identify new possibilities for the different target groups and come up with “out of the box” solutions.
You are an important part of the Management Team and you work closely with the management in a very short line.
The Digital Transformation Manager translates the business strategy into IT solutions. You supervise the complex digital and technological transformation of the organization in areas such as Cloud and DevOps. You also give substance to the preparation and implementation of transformation plans and the supervision and management of projects.
You have excellent knowledge of technological developments in the market and you develop creative solutions in the IT / Digital transformation. The existing applications form the starting point of the transformation that is on the strategic agenda.
Your profile:
- Higher education (University / College) in technical and / or business administration;
- Proven track record in tactical and strategic organizational advice;
- Eager on innovation and technological developments;
- A communicator and inspirator, you include people in your activities;
- An experienced project manager;
- Ambition, good commercial insight and entrepreneurship;
- Leading qualities, organizational talent and sensitivity to administrative relationships;
- In-depth knowledge of and a vision of Digital Transformation and market developments;
- An action-oriented and enthusiastic team player with excellent skills of the Dutch and English language;
- Preferably knowledge of the environment of an employment agency, based on direct and / or indirect experience.
